Dita still brings her old Hollywood glamour whilst in pants, perfect for those cooler days and nights of winter.
Do you pefer Dita in pants or dresses? Personally I feel if you have the look and the ability to put a great outfit together then you can wear anything and get away with it.

My christmas gift to myself: I have been waiting patiently for my new dita book ” Stripteese” to arrive and it did mid week!. It contains three flip books of her shows ” Bird of paradise”, “Classic” and “Martini Glass” cleverly put together in miniture flip books and displayed in a gorgeous book box.

I’m a sucker for the smaller details and love the  flocked title and the satine tie ribbon.

This delightful ad has been recently screening here in New Zealand for Kapiti Icecream, I love the styling and narrative – very ” Pushing Daisys”.

I love that she still took the time to put a curl in her hair befor tying it up.

Dita always looks glamorous in what ever she wears and it is nice to come across Dita in

her intepretation of casual wear.

This weeks weather has been more like winter than spring here in New Zealand,
I’m only hoping that the weather clears for our weekend down in Wellington.

I have a fast collection of books, this is a little selection of what is on my shelf in the lounge.
It has a mixture of 50’s, house decorating, Burlesque, Art and Fashion

I’ve been a little unwell so had today off work!
I attempted to update the blog and freshen it up a little, I wish I was a little more tech savvy so that I could add some more custom details though I’m sure I will get there in time – Let me know what you think of the new look, it may change a little of the next couple of days depending on feedback etc.
